Appointment Times

Please arrive on time or a few minutes before your appointment time, as we wish you to get the most out of your treatment and it may be cut short if you are late.
Please note we do not have any waiting facilities.
Mobile phones and electronic devices are discouraged. Peace and relaxation is of the utmost importance.

Medical

Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, or any other medical complications are advised to consult their doctors before booking treatments. Kindly inform staff of any existing medical conditions. We are unable to provide treatments for guests who are pregnant, have given birth in the last 3 months or suffer from or varicose thrombosis.

Arriving by Bus

Numbers 21, 71, 73 and 79 all stop on the corner of Lancaster Road and Swinton Park Road and from there it is less than a minutes walk.
Numbers 31, 32 and X34 all stop at the East Lancs Rd/Lancaster Rd stops both going to and from Manchester. From there it is about a 5-7 minute walk. Please be careful if you have to cross the East Lancs Road.
Numbers 8, 12, 25, 36, 37, 39, 74 and 75 all stop on Bolton Road. When heading towards Manchester the stop is Bolton Rd/Heights Roundabout (Stop A). Coming from Manchester the stop is Bolton Rd/Co-op Superstore (Stop B). From there it is about a 10 minute walk.

Arriving by Car

Heading towards Manchester - We are located just off the A580 East Lancs Road. About 200 metres past Swinton Park Golf Club, turn right at the traffic lights and into Lancaster Road. At the mini roundabout turn left and we are located on the left just before the Premier shop. You may park on the drive if you wish to do so.
Heading away from Manchester - We are located just off the A580 East Lancs Road. After passing under the Heights Roundabout you will come to a set of traffic lights. Turn left here into Lancaster Road. At the mini roundabout turn left again and we are located on the left just before the Premier shop. You may park on the drive if you wish to do so.
